Note:
Kai Cammarati was a brilliant actor, his stage performance among the highest
praised and held as one of those "must see"s for those visiting San Angeles.
He was sometimes called 'The Man of a Thousand Faces', as he had perfected the
art of stage makeup, costume design, and voice manipulation; making him
capable of playing multiple characters, switching between each, in small spans
of time. He was sensative and caring.. or cold and daring. Each character had
its own personality in Kai's mind.. each just as important as a real person.
He could be the masked murderer, responsable for the killing of a guard and
the kidnapping of a princess.. or, just as easily, the heroic knight come to
slay the dragon and save her. However, during a tour in Italy, one of Kai's
performances was crashed. During a strike lead by Hunters, Italy became a
battleground.. Hunters on Mavericks. And though there was a happy ending for
the Hunters, the ending to Kai's show was far less than storybook-worthy.
Hundreds were killed.. patrons and actors; Kai himself was crushed--both
legs.. his right arm.. half of his right torso, all of the bones within broken
like twigs. His career was ended in a flash. His body recovered by medics, Kai
was placed in a local hospital in Italy and his wounds tended to. Without much
choice, Kai was subject to a process by which Cybernetic Implants were adapted
to his broken body. And enraged with the carelessness of both Hunters and
Mavericks, Kai sought a way to make them pay for what they had done to him.
Involving himself in the Underground, Kai began to take on 'roles',
impersonating intimidating mob bosses or dangerous, ruthless killers.. and
slowly, he began to connect himself with the right people. Finding the right
guys to do some work to his body, Kai Cammarati faded into the backdrop, and
stepping center stage was his new persona--'Deja Vu'.

That's right. The world has gone soft in this era of mere machines, fighting
and 'dying' for their human masters. The human race has grown weak and
corwadly. No more do we understand the things that have made us what we are.
Masters of this planet. However, there is one place in the whole word which
understands this. And is moving to correct this horrible oversight.
Neo Arcadia.
Formerly the city known as Mexico City, home of the riots that spawned the
TRUE fear in the world that perhaps the average citizen in this day and age
truly cannot abide the idea of being subjected to Reploid rule, and gave some
hint of just what may come from this.
Bloody revolt and mob rule.
What is it that I seek? I seek the fill out my FCs, entirely, Ciel and Templar
Fefnir, two very important people in the Neo Arcadian government, are
unfilled. But I am also looking for OCs. Men and women who are filled with the
fire of the human spirit, who know that the world has begun to decay around
them and want to install life into it again. Many Neo Arcadians hate Reploids,
this isn't the governemnt's PUBLIC stance, covering their sealing of the
teleporters and gates to them with the rather accurate tale that they are
trying to prevent a repeat of the riots.
The truth? Well now. That's a thorny question, now isn't it?
I'm looking for Citizens of the city. Soldiers. Scientists. Everything.
before you consider OCs in the other factions, which have plenty of FCs
availble... why don't you think of creating an OC down here in Mexico. We have
plenty of room for originals to distinguish themselves.

I'm adding these FCs in a seemingly random fashion, and I'm getting a lot of
questions about the Legends 2 cast members. I'll try to answer the ones I get
asked most often, so that ya'll don't have to keep re-asking them.
Q. Which are the Legends 2 FCs?
A: Yuna, Sera, Gatts, and Geetz.
Q. Where are Bola and Klaymoor?
A. In the Magical Land of Not Right Now. I see there's demand for them, but
they aren't being added yet. They will be eventually. Asking about it doesn't
make it go faster, though. What does make it go faster is my seeing interest
in the FCs that are already added.
Q. When are you adding Gatts?
A. Real soon.
Q. Does this mean you're adding Reaverbots to the theme?
A. No. The characters are pretty different, and are human or cyborg, not
"units." Their personalites are close to the same except for Gatts, (who is
going to do more than, like, be walking exposition who gets pwned in combat).
Read the profiles for the characters...that's what you get. If you have
questions about specific background things, you can see me, since I developed
them. Yuna's background stuff had to sync with Sera's and is a bit more
strictly defined; the other two are more open. Yuna also has a 'realname' set.
Check +efinger Yuna. Yes, the profiles are flexible to some degree like any
FC, but don't be radical about it. No Reaverbots.
Q. Why are they designated differently... EFC/SFC/FC/FC?
A. Power levels and story importance. Sera is very powerful, and Yuna is not.
Q. Can Yuna shape shift and turn into Roll's Mother and all that stuff?
A. No. Twenty pushups just for asking.

Q. Why are you opening them one at a time?
A. Because I finish them one at a time.
Q. Is that the final profile for Yuna? Why isn't she being temped?
A. No, that's not the final profile for Yuna. Yuna has a part to play in the
story and will PROBABLY end up in Interpol, if you don't mind the spoiler.
However: I tossed around the info with the rest of staff, and decided her part
wasn't vital to the TP the same way that Sera's was, so I just put her up for
apps. I don't believe in too many tempers, and prefer dedicated players. When
Yuna is apped and comes onto the grid, I'll talk with her about where she
wants to go. Sera however is being temped. She'll be opened for apps after the
TP.
Q. Is Geetz Sera's bodyguard?
A. Yes.
Q. Is Gatts Yuna's bodyguard?
A. Not yet.
Q. So they have Power Armors?
A. Neither Geetz' nor Sera's PA are actually IC yet. They get them as part of
the TP. Gatts' probably will be.
Q. Do the characters look the same?
A. Yes, mostly. Those tattoo-like things on the men are their cybernetics. They
are very very minor cybernetics, of an African style, that are different from
what is on the grid right now, and is being added perminently to the Yakuza
faction. Those markings on the girl's shoulders are tattoos. However, white
hair is preferred to green. I like the white-haired art.
Q. Are you adding Joe, Pearl, Uncle Digg... blah blah yadda yadda yadda?
A. Not at this time. Like Bola and Klaymoor, they're in limbo and depend on
demand. The odds aren't good, just because they aren't as interesting. It's
another situation where asking repeatedly doesn't help.

reassure you that the Eta squad is quite enjoyable. Take Slash Man. I mean,
he's a happyfun Wolverine that chases penlights! You can jump 50 feet up into
the air from a standing start! or take Cloud. Who needs legs, when you float
around all of the time? Team up with Spring Man to sing 'It's Raining Men'!
And actually mean it! Or, prehaps you want to take Rook M... Err, Burst Man.
Complain. Complain a lot. Have the most interesting radio conversations EVER.
Shoot bombs in bubbles to attack! I mean, honestly... who doesn't want to do
that?

While we're pimpin' out squads, I'm sending out a call to app for Zeta!
They're just as good as Eta, except they have a Z on their name! Z's can
snazzify anything up. We're also a /themed/ Squad, if you ever wanted to play
an ethnic stereotype then look no further! Anyhoo, on to the role call:
Flame Man: Middle-Eastern Oil Baron! Be constantly mistaken for a terrorist,
which isn't much of a stretch because you ARE one! Be charming, but slick and
devious as well.
Blizzard Man: Canadian Stereotype, huge and klutzy. But probably the only RM
who can actually ski, and never has to worry about being caught in an
avalanche. An RM who truly wants to help his allies, even when they don't WANT
it.
Tomahawk Man: Native American Stereotype and resident tree-hugger! In my
experience Tomahawk Man has rarely been played long, so that needs to be
changed. The RMs need someone around to berate them for wanton destruction of
Nature. Or, well, he can TRY to berate us, anyway.
Centaur Man: Hey, he's a horse bel-- well, you know the joke. One of the few
truly honorable Robot Masters, give Knight Man someone else to butt heads with
besides Sword Man! Not to mention he's a TimeStopper'er, never hurts to have
those filled. Mythical Stereotype, or a Roman one.
Wind Man: Calm, cool, collected, Wind Man (or Wind Bag as Knight Man
occasionally calls him) is probably the most stoic member of Zeta. Supposed to
be the Chinese Stereotype, though he doesn't live up to it.
These 5 wonderful Masters are open, and just waiting for applications. Don't
hesitate because I'm XO of Zeta, Planty will balance out the abuse, don't
worry ;) So app Zeta, it's Eta with a Z!

If you're not big on playing robots, and the scientific types of Neo Arcadia
don't appeal to you, there's always the Yakuza, a group that has been growing
steadily once more, but could use at least a few more members. While OCs are
always fun to have around, we can't forget about the well done FCs already
there.
Be Amano, brother to Arago, pretty boy, Wakagashira (Second in Command),
Stylish swordsmen and general bad aft. If you think you're up to the challenge
of having a high up position, though not quite a fachead, Amano is a good
choice. Also be my IC bro!
Or be Dr. Jennifer Cain, the sweet and beautiful Yakuza spy with a cybernetic
body, and pose as Dr. Cain's long lost daughter. I wonder if she can do the
headspin from the exorcist...
Be the human tank himself, Rungo Naaza of the Yakuza and Arago's best (only?)
friend. Huge and intimidating, you're not exactly stupid, either. Rungo is a
good strategist, meaning you can be as classy as you wish with him.
These are just a few of the Yakuza, and there's still Gimel, Geetz, Techno,
Lex and Yuri available. Honestly, these three are the one's I'd love to see
filled the most, but I still urge you to consider any of the Yakuza. Don't
forget, we can have Android OCs if you still love your combat!

days ago with while standing around bored at Whataburger (the things I think
about at work). His faction could be anything that a reploid could be in, from
UN to RF to Maverick. I give you the former World Heavyweight Champion boxer,
aka the "Dog of War."

Profile: Once one of the greatest reploid boxers of all time, Masticator Boxer
entered the world of boxing originally named Slugger Pooch, a canine reploid

competance needed to start advancing through the ranks and to overcome his
tendancy to bite his oppenent in the middle of the match. But slowly yet

A somewhat excentric reploid with an eye for detail, Engineer Yeti is an
expatriot Swiss engineer. This should in and of itself explain why he is so
highly prized among the scientists the United Nations employs; Swiss science
is and perhaps always will be superior to the rest of the world, and Engineer
is one of the UN's few windows into that well of scientific knowledge. Of
course, there are some growing pains...Engineer is so used to the advances of
Swiss science that coming back to the rest of the world is practically a case
of culture shock. He is continually amazed at how "primitive" UN technology
is...but is eager to help, even if he does have to work with lesser materials
than back home.

Ideas About Strider OCs. Sun Jun 20 Whistler Rose

Striders are - as you know - available for application. Basically, we're an
/Elite Team/ of /Ninjas/ (if that isn't cool enough) that are designed and
trained through tradition to kick butt. Who needs genetics when you have
age-old training?
Now, to get a Strider you'll need an /above average/ app, because Arcturus
treats the OC applications at an SFC level, this is both because the applicant
is supposed to in a way be competant enough to hold the character, and the
Striders are benefit to a few statistical things as well.
Presently the Striders are still struggling with their unification. Hiryu is
taking on the duties as leader until Sheena resurfaces - which should be soon
- however her presence is known by her trainees. The continuity is quite
fuzzy, but for the most part you should be fine by just saying how you joined,
who trained you and who what your role in the faction is. Why you're there
basically. I think we're looking for trainees, people who have freshly been
trained rather than those who are returning from a lengthy absence.
People who can presently train Striders - who have 'the juice' as Arcturus has
told me - are Hiryu, Sheena and myself. You'll need to ask one of them to
train you, as then it can officially be done as well as the player can help
you with getting the background sorted.
Now for stats. Our advantage is granted by training primarily. Striders are the
pick of the human litter, then trained to be effective. This is done by
traditional means. Carrying water pales, etc. Then again, the unified Striders
- especially Sheena - aren't as interested in that as much per se so therefore
cybernetics and guns are slightly more relaxed by some, but not others. It's
best to talk to your chosen juice-holder to see where your character would fit
in, in terms of a trainer. For the most part, Striders have a lower firepower
stat than most characters, which can be put in other areas. Then again, if you
have a trainer who is relaxed about guns then this can be raised accordingly.
Our cap is still 42.
Traditionally, Striders are ability collectors, and this can still be true.
Most Striders have deflect, or IF YOU CAN JUSTIFY IT reflect. It's quite hard
to get a combination though. This is achieved by the mastery with weapons.
Basically, if you think you can justify an ability then you probably can.
Finally, not just OCs are available for application at this time. If there's an
old-FC (excluding William Wiggin) that you'd like to play, discuss it with
Arcturus and you can app for that character as an OC. That's right, because
the character is supposed to have faded into obscurity then they are
technically open if the right player comes along. This exclused Yosho Roshi,
however, because I believe we have plans for him.

person who can/has trained Striders and can train future apped Striders: Yosho
Roshi, the original trainer of Hiryu, maker of Ciphers and all around badaft
old man. He's the 'original' Strider trainer, so don't forget about him.

We are one of the accepted origins which can provide a bare-butted human with a

Hello there, my fellow M3'ers. This is your resident monkey monk. You know
those cool doctor types that build robots? If you've been looking for an idea,
then you've looked at the right message!
Name: Dr. Zetlin Toshian
Function: Scientist/Hermit
Profile: Dr. Zetlin, a Chinese scientist by trade, is old and cranky. Despite
being able to build reploids with moral code, he is a hermit at heart. He
dislikes most idle social activities, and because of being affiliated with the
Chinese Mafia group, The Triad, drove him to the point that he retreated to
the Himalayan mountains to live out the next twenty years or so, and this was
when he was young. Now, in his venerable years, he has decided to come down
from his mountain home of the Himalayan mountains to come and explore the
world once more. Dr. Zetlin has only built one reploid to date, and this
reploid is his one and only 'son', Simian Monk. He is still, introverted, but
slowly warming up to the world.
So, app my dad. Make a monkey happy, other than Data. @mail me, or page me if

While I'm thinking of it, here's the GNN correspondant I've been using for the
posts I work up about the RMs. I think she'd be fun/playable, really, and GNN
just doesn't have many people in it lately, so I'm tossing her up here.
Name: Camera Kirin
Race: Reploid
Sex: Female
Faction: GNN
Function: Investigative Correspondant
Built in Japan, and modeled after the unicorn-like Ki-rin of legend, Camera
Kirin was happy as a correspondant for local news broadcasts. However, after
one day, accidentally discovering that even the media of Japan was influenced
by underworld crime, she left the station, and signed on as a correspondant
for the Global News Network. Though she delivers GNN's usual brand of balanced
news, she openly hates crime, and those who perpetuate it. She hopes that the
information she distributes through the news can be used to help the citizens
of her home nation, and maybe even the world. As such, she's not afraid to do
a little dirty work to get a story, and has a reputation for snooping where
reporters shouldn't snoop. Not constructed with any particular weapons
systems, due to her function, she's picked up some skill in martial arts in
order to defend herself if an investigation into the underworld goes wrong.
Though she works for GNN, Camera is a Japanese citizen, and bases her work out
of Neo-Tokyo. However, she'll go wherever a story takes her.

Folks, I know the issues against having FCs. FCs aren't your own making. You
don't feel comfortable them them, especially if you think that you are not
playing them correctly. And there's always the issue of the character not
being yours to keep, and it only feels like you're 'renting' a character. But
folks: Let's face it. There are perfectly good FCs out there that aren't being
played, and it's a major shame. So, I'm just going to put a spotlight down on
these folks, so you can take your time, and consider. Remember, with the new
limits, you can have TWO! That's right two FCs (Or *FC and FC, for the
technical) and still have your very own OC to call your own. Yes, these would
be X3 and X4 peoples, but these guys need to be played. Seriously.
Blast Hornet: Um... Okay, I'm really just asking for her because she would
complete the psudo 'Team Chaotix' thing I keep joking about. But in the
serious side, she's a flyer, she's got explosives, she likes USING the
explosives, and she's got a big aft. And we all know what Sir Mixalot says
about big afts.
Storm Owl: .... Dude. Someone PLEASE play this guy. I would app him myself, but
I've recently decided that having both Wheel and this guy (A SFC!) would be
suicide on my part, so I will plead to you, the viewing public to app this
bird. I mean.... Your big bad ship just crashed into the sea! This has
'RP-potential' written all over it, now that he doesn't have to be stuck
behind a big ship. In fact, I'm personally ashamed that Storm Owl was not
being played around this time. Now is the perfect time to app for Storm Owl,
and show those Mavericks that you don't need a mile-long ship to kick some
tailfeathers.
Cyber Peacock: Here's another guy I want to see played, I mean considering we
have an actual Cyberspace grid now. App the only reploid that just screams 'I
am beautiful.' And despite the new grid, you are still king of cyberspace,
rivaled only by Number Man.
Slash Beast: Another guy who needs to be played. I mean, just imagine this guy:
You have his civilized side, which is perfect for social RP (Just imagine this
guy at the opera! I mean, what does he do, wear a bowtie and go with spikes?),
and then you have the OMGKILL side when he gets pissed off. It's a perfect
combination!
And seriously, if you're afraid of screwing up the character... don't be. All
the facheads want is someone who is deticated, who is willing to put in the
time for a character to make them truly unique. Heck, various interpretations
on the same character help keep the character alive, and with it, the mush. So
just take a chance, and app FC.
