Greetings, Mega Man MUSH.
I'm here to tell you... that we need a Roll Light. Very badly. ^^
For a while, the last Roll, myself, and Kali all plotted out actually
going to college together at the very same school where Dr. Light, Dr. Cain,
and Dr. Wily all went to school. Sadly, the last Roll unfortunately vanished.

Recently, I had been RPing that they had already taken part in this,
without thinking. I just was so looking forward to the RP and having Roll,
Tron, and Kali all at the in same College, I jumped the gun. It was very, very
much my bad, and I wanted to apologize for it. It wasn't intentional.
Tron is currently still going to College, as is Kali, but the state of
Roll is in a bit of 'temporal flux'. She could be baking cookies for the
Hunters right now, instead of going to college. That is up for the next Roll
to decide for herself.
I was putting up this post because of the RP I had already done ICly
about this. I hoped it could just be set aside or now, until one thing or
another happened, and it just worked out for the best. RP can easily fix all
the issues pertaining to this situation, in any case.
So what we have here is a MUSHer's version of shroedinger's cat.
Roll is just off doing whatever it is whomever decides to app her wants
to do! ^^
So, its up to you lot to decide. Whomever wishes to app for Roll, you
can decide if you want to have her going to college with Tron and Kali all
this time, or just starting up in the middle of the semester. Or, if she is
even going to College at all, and instead focusing on her work with the
Hunters.
Note: I don't want to come over like I'm forcing this idea on Roll or a
Roll apper. It was just my general enthusiasm getting the best of me again.
I'm sincerely not doing so... and I wanted to apologize for the inconvenience
this might have caused anyone. Thank you, everyone.

I got the name from the +randomname thing and thought for a bit on the
character, although I've opted not to app for it.
Basically this is a gigantic grasshopper shapped Reploid. No ifs ands or buts,
it looks EXACTLY like a grasshopper. Except for a few things..like
cannons...and missiles...and a turret. It's a size 9, flight(Grasshoppers can
fly!) and uses primarily explosive weapons coupled with lower end energy
weapons. High Endurance, good Firepower, 4 or 5 for everything else, except
velocity which is a whopping 6!! OOO!!
This guy's built for being hit, being shot, and in turn shooting back. While
he might not win a lot of fights, he isn't built to win them. He's built to
wear away at a target. Hence Siege.

It was an idea to end all ideas.
It was amazing! It was workable!
okay..it wasn't that good..but it was doable at least. It was a character who
was an e-Human who had developed electrical organs, or rather organs designed
for creating and storing electricity. Like an Electric Eel.
So the character could grab people, punch people or basically poke them with a
finger and send a jolt into them, with the subsequent reaction of their arm
and hand clenching up after the zap(cause electricity contracts muscles). The
character was resistant to electricity, had the ability to breathe underwater
and even had an underwater attack that was an area which roockeed. Of course,
at higher level the attacks were all inefficient, since of course it takes a
lot out of an electric eel to zap someone.
So if someone wants to take this idea and alter it go right ahead, I don't
mind.

Profile: Liu Bao Shen was born with agameonglobulinemia, or XLA, a severe
immune deficiency. This disease forced the man to stay indoors as a child,
away from germs and other children that would incidentily kill him. But such a
life allowed a person to focus on their studies, and study Shen did. But as
Shen went to college, was the same time that China decided to rebel against
the UN, 2160. Shen was drafted into the Revolution, to steal information from
the UN, and five years later, the UN officially declared war. Due to Lius
weakened state, he was trained to be a pilot for the Chinese Army, flying
fighter pilots and prototype Ride Armors in hypoallergenic chambers. After
being wounded in a war he didnt believe in, and nearly dying from the
infection caused by that wound, Liu fled for seclusion, to a small temple in
the mountains of China. It was here, that he met Master Ran Ling. Using
homeopathy, Shen was kept healthy by Master Ran, and was taught the ancient
Kung-Fu of the White Lotus. Shen never left Master Rans side after fifty
years, until Master Ran finally died of old age. Returning to the outside
world, Shen learned of all he had missed, most notably, the world being
overrun by AI, and humanity almost a secondary class. Infuriated, Shen also
heard of Elpizo and Neo-Arcadia, and left to join. An ornery old man, his
old-school hacking and martial arts make him a well-balanced member of the
military, and his pure blind rage for that which he doesnt understand keeps
him fighting for days long since past. Mercy is not something well known to
Liu. Just ask Goliath, the first android Shen ever met. The android is long
since dead, his body used by Shen to pilot into less favorable territory.

Air Man. Few people comprehend the pure amounts of awesome this
character COULD be, if he were played properly. I feel it is my duty to
enlighten you all, to reveal the awesomeness that is the Beta Blowhard.
First of all, Air Man is like the loud, boisterous street thug of the
Betas. He talks a lot, and when he talks, he yells. He also should sound like
a gangster. A big, fat one. Have you ever seen that episode of Family Guy with
the mobster Big Fat Paulie? That's what Air Man should sound like. Not only
that, that's what he should act like. He should walk up to people, spit on
them, laugh loudly while holding his belly, and then slap them on the shoulder
and offer a beer.
Air Man should also wear a leather flight jacket. He would wear it
zipped all the way up, with the collar just below his eyes, so you couldn't
see his fan. It would be one of those old WWII style brown leather jackets
with the fur lining, like Jude Law wore in Sky Captain. Then, he could just
unzip it to reveal the FAN OF DOOM!!!
Air Man is also a ham cannon. He should at all times walk into rooms,
scream "WHO WANTS FOOD?!" and proceed to ram a roast ham/whole turkey/6-pack
of beer into his fan, spraying gore and juices all over everyone in the area.
Do this often. It will be hilarious. Also, you will need to app more attacks,
as he only has like six. Make most of them involve sucking things into your
fan and blowing horrifying gore onto everything, laughing while you do it.
Because that is awesome.
Also, Air Man always stands bent to one side. If you don't believe me,
look at his sprites.
Also, Air Man has a huge ego, like so many of the Betas. He should
always go around boasting about how awesome he is, laughing heartily. Kinda
like Jabba the Hut, only he speaks english. Think of a really friendly,
boisterious italian mobster. I know I've said that already, but it really fits
him well.
I think that's all. Oh yeah, and he can't fly, but I was told you could
probably get Hover if you apped for it. And you should, because Air Man should
be able to do that. He is da bomb. App him today!

Hey folks. I've decided to give myself a bit of a challenge - every
week for a year, I'm gonna post up two character concepts. One on Monday, one
on Friday. Every one of 'em will be something unique that M3 hasn't seen
before. Why am I doing this? First off, to keep my mind goin'. Second, because
too many people complain that there's no more truly unique concepts out there
and that everything's been done. Well, here you go. A series of 104 character
ideas which haven't been seen on M3.
Name: Flak Chicken
Faction: Maverick
Function: Anti-Aircraft Weapons
Gender: Female
Quote: "It's not the fall that gets you. It's the sudden stop at the end."
Profile: Perhaps a story of tragedy, Flak Chicken uses her angst to excel.
Ridiculed for being a rarity - a bird-reploid that can't fly - Flak has gained
an intense hatred for all things airborne. Through that hatred, she uses her
equipment and weaponry to find happiness - by taking things that fly, and
making them crash. That's really her greatest joy. Laughing at others as
they're denied the sky as well. It's an obsession that defines her and is the
focus of much of her life. Outside of making things fall, Flak is a very
bitter little ball of hate. Overly critical of everything, pessimistic and
sour, she grouses constantly about doom and gloom. Perhaps making her own
predictions come true through her poor attitude and tendency to give up.

Notes: A concept I've always thought would be very fun, just in the basic
character image. Extremely angry and bitter and pessimistic, yet completely

existing RF bird character.

Universities, she emerged and worked her way into Interpol as a member of
public relations, security and general political work. Has her eye on becoming
the mayor of one state or another, possibly San Angeles, but finds it
difficult due to the seperation of America from the UN... that, and the fact
that nobody really takes the adorable, quite odd girl seriously. For
self-defence, she carries an odd weapon- a large handbell- but can use it to
execute the 'Remade Strawberry Shock', a terrible sound blast.

everyone just what they want to hear, and getting his way. The dark side
however is that those who don't fall for his diplomacy tend to end up
dissappearing, and found brutially murdered by some street thud in a far off

style of cybernetic enhancements, adding far more punch to the little man than
anyone would expect.

out in the airways, Corsair uses his free-wheeling attitude and slightly loose
morals to harass evil and bring back needed resources to help his adopted
faction, as well as others in need.

Notes: Inspired by Repliforce's independence - without government funding,
they've gotta get their stuff from *somewhere*. Personality vaguely patterned

Likely a good arch-enemy for the Bonnes and for Pirate Man. Will end up
building a personal airship. Also, everybody likes pirates.

Notes: Yes, it's an evil version of the Boy In The Bubble. Enhanced lungs for

and lord knows what else. Possibly the only being on the planet who would be
immune to the T-Virus (if it ever reappeared). Likely constantly having a case
of the sniffles and nothing more, despite technically being infected with the
Black Plague, typhoid, and syphilis. Capable of consuming even horribly
poisonous substances without ill effect.

As many of you know, the Shadow Hunters are the special Android
contingent of the Yakuza. Presently, we have a few Shadow Hunters, but I,
Zayin, am the only one who's specifially built for combat. We have an
excavator, a smuggler, a hacker, an infiltrator, and Gimel, who is an
assassin. Then there's me. I'm the muscle. I protect important Yakuza people,

I'd like to see some more people app Shadow Hunters who are built for
combat. Bodyguards, security, that sort of thing. I'd be nice to have some
formidable backup to call in if I ever get in a scrap with, say, Interpol, who
has their fair share of combat-dedicated members.
So, I think some of you should consider apping Shadow Hunters of this
variety. Read news yakuza for more information, or feel free to direct
questions to me. And remember: Being a Yakuza doesn't mean you have to be
Japanese! Even as a Shadow Hunter. Anyway. That's my spiel.

Hey, I play Bolt, let's have a Launch Octopus, too! We're one of the few FCs
who are related (excluding SFCs, OFCs, EFCs, and Masters), for starters. Be
the biggest cusser in the Coalition, and one of the biggest in all the
factions! I mean, Launch practically makes insulting and swearing a second
job. You also get +8 to hentacling, more tentacles than I. Launch is also the
most aggravating MMX 1 bosses. ICly, make my life a living hell. That's always
fun. Bolt and Launch could have some deep RP together, considering their
personalities.
And, the mavericks could use another FC.

Yes, actual police investigators and detectives: the lifesblood of Interpol,
the people that collect all the bad guys, solve all the crimes, slap down the
cuffs and eat all the donuts. Shockingly enough, it's practically an underdone
concept.
So if you're looking right now to get into Interpol... be a cop! The pay is
great, you get your own cubicle, and--let's face it--I need all the competent
help I can get.

Profile: Tzade is a member of the Yakuza's Shadow Hunters - a group of elite
reploids that are used for enforcement and assassination. Tzade is one of the
largest, standing nearly fourteen feet tall in his dragon-like armor. The

enforcer and strong man, often having merely to loom out of the darkness.

Gatts unscrews the top, drops a few drops in each eye, then pours the rest into
his large third eye. Since this is not a real eye, the Visine drips down his
face.

Long, long pause. Gatts spreads his arms and grins. The pause continues, and
Gatts begins to look worried. His eyes do not change.

Another long pause before the scene zaps to the typical Blue Screen, lots of
random words are spread about it, except for the top corner which has a
picture of Yuna.

injured friend, Fright left to a life that would give more respect. A very
capable and charismatic speaker, Fright is excellent with crowds... except
when in any of the many forms that mimic famous movie monsters. In a fight,
Fright is capable of rapidly shifting between those forms, using the strengths
and weaknesses of demons, vampires, monsters and mummies to strike opponents
down.

Notes: Multiple 'forms' of various monster movie villians (mummy,
Frankenstein's monster, vampire, zombie, etc), though one single armor form
for all of them would probably be much easier to work with. Likely British in
background - aren't *all* truly good actors? Left a bit generic because the
character is easily adaptable to any faction - play up the 'scary' aspect for
a Maverick, play up the 'just an actor, really a nice guy' aspect for
Repliforce/Hunters.
