Sure I'm Repliforces Fachead, but I think we need the Guardians in Neo Arcadia
to be apped.
Fairy Leviathan, who is one of the best snipers in the world, a cool and
collected individual with a hint of potential sadism and perhaps even
masochism. Well known to be capable of moving about underwater, and extremely
capable in the art of stealth and spying.
Sage Harpuia, second in command of the Neo Arcadian forces, commander of the
Air Division and the fastest person on the planet. He's also a tad
unlucky(Codewise), but you don't have to let that make you feel upset or
worried, because you can trust me when I say he's a pretty rocking character,
and that's all that truly matters.
Templar Fefnir, the burning burninator of burndom. The violent anti-robot
bigot who isn't afraid to crush heads and beat on people.

often of a dubiously useful nature (why did he need a bubble blower?), many
are of great utilitarian value, if not directly related to combat, Don is
adapt at using them in useful and creative (if sometimes unintended) ways to
aid in catching crooks. A bit over dramatic, if enthusiastic.

creating Androids from its various holdings, Bonta-kun, a cute, cuddly
character from 'Full Metal Panic!' was made. However, Bonta-kun's programmers
unfortunately installed the wrong personality traits into the Bonta-kun.
Instead of the lovable creature, they installed the personality another
character from the anime. Bonta-kun bided his time among the other Disney
Universe creatures, until he found the perfect time to escape. Hunted by
Disney Universe, Bonta-kun has gained asylum in Eurasia. He serves as a
security consultant and the personal bodyguard of Captain Nova. Bonta-kun is

Name: Noise Parrot
Synopsis: Built by Repliforce in the early days as a communications specialist,
Noise couldn't stand the beuarocracy, and left the very day reploids were
declared citizenship. After that he spent several years as a shock jock radio
DJ, moving from station to station as sponsored repeatedly dropped him for his
harsh criticism of Repliforce and Interpol. Only the Hunters seemed to earn
his respect. From his broadcast, it was clear that a part of Noise still
believed strongly in fighting the good fight, and so in light of his record of
technical expertise with Repliforce he was recruited. When it comes to all
things involving radio technology, Noise Parrot is probably more talented than
Cyber Peacock, although he's no hacker or roboticist. Noises's primary weapon,
Noise Screen (or Noise Scream), not only damages all enemies in the area but
also shorts out their radios. His abrasive style and need for attention make
him less than popular with the more dutiful Hunters.
Name: Typhoon Ram
Synopsis: An acclaimed two-year veteran of the San Angeles Police, Typhoon's
captain noticed that he always lamented that he couldn't do anything about all
of the atrocities going on outside the borders of his megacity. His captain
filtered a recommendation to the Hunters through an old friend at Light Labs,
and after sending a scout to observe him for a while, the Hunters decided to
invite him into their organization. After careful consideration, he decided to
join. A powerful, rebellious young warrior, Typhoon is known for his fast and
furious combat style, but he also has keen detective skills which tend to be
overlooked. A strict believer that there's a fine line between peacekeeping
and warmongering, Typhoon's liberal moral compass makes him hesitant about
some proactive Hunter operations.

Do you want to be evil? Well now...evil isn't easy.
First off you have to make certain you look good, and have some good evil
threats. Then there's the evil laughter, which is very important to the evil
character.
Of course, you also need a means by which to cause the evil. If you're some
frail old geezer who can only stand there barely able to gasp in air you
probably won't be good at evil.
Evil Hackers are wanted by some. If you want to be an evil hacker remember
something...online things are different. Online you can do almost anything
seemingly illogical or fantastical and it works.
Thus if you're going to be an evil hacker try to be a /good/ evil hacker. Try
to stick to plot out some evil and be evil. EVIL!
On a side note: I'd like to see more evil people. Thank you.

Although this board's not all that successful for entire concepts with +finger
and all, I thought it might be interesting, or creativity-piqueing, to people
if I made a post giving some ideas as to what you can do with the E-Human
system. M3 sees very few straight elemental attackers like myself these days,
so take a look at what you could be apping!
Air- Superman's super breath, anyone? Get yourself an E-Human pair of lungs and
you can make armour-crackign winds with your breath alone. Easy to pair with a
second element for a firebreather or some such.
Blade- Although you could certainly give yourself some tasy bone claws or
iron-hard hair, you could just as easily carry a trusty steel sword and some
enhancements to your dexterity. Or app a White Dragon Strider!
Blunt- Give yourself the brute strength to make an entire attack theme out of
throwing rocks, but go for a change and make yourself a normal size instead of
a musclebound hunk! Or give yourself a chunky armoured skin!
Barrier- Apparently typically classified as a rolling shielded strike, try
making an E-Human with a supreme sense of balance and an ablative skin, and
roll up and smash your opponents! Good for the sonic fans!
Chemical- Get down and dirty with a really nasty E-Human. Sweat poison, make
use of some acidic spit and gross out your opponents by vomiting at them!
Great potential for a fun character who can weird enemies and allies out!
Energy- A real toughie considering the difficulty of cybernetics, but the White
Dragon Striders can appeal! App a character who makes good use of Sheena's
preference for a second weapon, and give yourself a nifty energy sidearm!
Explosive- E-Humans can use animal DNA too, you know! Take a leaf out of my
book and try the power to spit explosive blasts like a bombardier beetle, or
the formic acid blasts of an ant!
Fire- *strikes a pose* Other fire attackers? Try using special ignite-on-air
chemicals! Mix in a little lizard DNA and you can bask in the sun, use nasty
claws and act like a dragon but not be!

Gravity- this one's tricky! It's almost one of the few things E-Humans can't
do- but you could give yourself some funky ears and a gravity resistance, and
never, ever lose your balance! Or try some magnetic-armed body armour and give
those machines an EMP!
Ice- Everybody wants to be a Leviathan... you could breathe ice with chemicals
that freeze in air, or give someone a nice, big, freezing hug! Many of our ice
characters are female, so ring the changes with a guy to keep them company!
Sonic- Plenty of potential for a character with special musical talents... you
could produce subsonic frequencies to send dogs crazy, or defy Mythbusters and
try to produce... the brown note.
Water- Thirsty? App a character with a hip-flask or someone who drinks like a
fish- chug a can of brew, then spit it at your opponent with deadly force!

Finger: 'Vlad' was originally created as a simple librarian, part of London's
vast staff dedicated to the everyday upkeep for one of the largest single
resources of information on the planet. Like some Reploids, however, he
attempted to reach out from the clasps of his assigned position and did so
through joining in with some irregular clubs. One of these clubs would be the
'Bloody Roses' gang of Berlin. Originally, of course, it was done simply as
something to unwind. He got access to special parties, and acceptance into a
close knit group of Reploids and Cyborgs that came to accept him in turn. So
grateful was he to this group of friends that he opted to undergo 'the
initiation', basically a Yakuza funded surgical operation to install vamprical
equipment upgrades. Stripping blood and mechfluid into something useful. Later
he would that the 'Bloody Roses' were a sub-section of the Yakuza designed to
inflict terror on rival gangs and the world as a whole. His life as a 'Bloody
Rose' was painfully short, however. Shortly after his induction and activation
as a 'brother' of their gang the Sigma Virus became known to the world and the
gang was swiftly erradicated and infected through a surge of Virus
contaminated mechfluid through their ranks.

the subway system that cost him/her the use of an arm. Despite the evidence
pointing towards the cause of his/her ordeal, the CPD refused to act against
Lex, fearing his power in the city. Frustrated with his/her department's
cowardice, Sam quit to join Interpol, whom s/he felt was more up to par with
such crooks as the Yakuza. Though not one for relying upon fancy equipment,
Sam isn't afraid to employ his/her knowledge of firearms and experience in
Krav Naga in self-defense, and records show that his/her cybernetic limb may
contain an electrical generator capable of producing similar effects to a
stun-gun.

So, investigator type, which is what Interpol really needs now. Plays more
upon a good Int stat and some decent abilities to get things done rather than
rushing in and busting heads.

Profile: Foul Ole' Rob is, well, he's a bum. No one really knows where he came
from, or why he's a bum. Something to do with the Chinese Revolution. Possibly
involving black helicopters, the CIA, and his brain. At present, Foul Ole' Rob
gets by simply being around people. A skilled Mutterer, Rob follows people,
speaking his own disturbing language, until they pay him something to go away.
He has been reportedly seen in every major city in the globe, and is banned
from more then half of them. However, when you want to know something dark and
mysterious, you just need to follow your nose. Foul Ole' Rob may look dumb,
but he actually knows a great deal about the underbelly of the world. Mostly
because he spends most of his time below it. Occasionally seen with a little
white dog that clearly cannot talk. Clearly. The most dangerous thing about
Rob is the fact that even the olfactory sensors of Reploids shut down when
he's around. It's said he once killed a Bioroid by breathing on it, but that
just may be rumor. For now, Rob is a stable part of the underworld, and shows
up wherever he isn't wanted.

I don't know about the rest of you people, but when I +fclist Criminal
now, I get a little sad.
Its just us Bonnes up there! Sure, Dr. Psyche is closing soon, but look
at that! So many open characters!
We need CRIMINALS! So many characters with so much RP Potential. The
Yakuza may be crumbling, but there are still places for each of these people.
Its CRIMINAL that these FCs aren't played!
Sure, Gimel and Zayin are Shadow Hunters, but they'll likely be central
figures in reestablishing the Yakuza Hierarchy. Sure, Mikage is dead, but the
Shadow Hunters are probably the strongest and most dangerous parts of the old
Yakuza. They are also loyal to the way of the Old Yakuza, and they'd probably
swear loyalty to those who are trying to reestablish worldwide crime in this
chaotic time.
The Loathes. What can I say about the Loathes? THEY RULE! Not only do
they get the Birdbots, but they're probably two people least effected by the
fall of Yakuza Proper. Lex STILL is the Godfather, and basically as evil and
devious as Baron Vladimir Harkkonen. Lex IS the Floating Fat Man. Glyde is
GLYDE! Fayd Rautha! Your own personal RA, the Birdbots, insanely good looks.
These two will be key to reestablishing worldwide crime. And, perfect people
for Shadow Hunters to swear loyalty to, especially after Glyde's rather top
positions in the Yakuza under Mikage, even acting as deputy Kumichou for a
while.
Sera and Geetz. Sera may no longer be Kumichou, but she still has Geetz
and all her ties in a very chaotic Africa. She can set herself up there as a
powerful leader, and it was HER the secret of Tattoo Cybernetics came from.
The Yakuza claimed it as its own, but it came from her. Sera and Geetz also
have powerful PAs of their very own. There is also the wonderful RP possible
between Yuna and Sera, which is still up in the air as to what might happen.
Sera WAS Kumichou, and some may still recognize her as that. She's vicious,
cunning, power-hungry, and cruel. She'll likely also be a central figure for
the re-establishment of worldwide crime.

Dark Mantis: Ninja Zorak. That is all.
Earthrock Trilobite: Always wanted a cowardly character who makes himself more
important than he really is but screams like a little girl at the sight of a
mouse? Also, you get to synthesize crystals that would make Crystal Man
jealous!
Gigabolt Man-O-War: He's like an annoying little kid. He probably has
Generator. He can turn into a UFO and fly around abducting cows and make
William Fetcher freak out.
Gravity Antlion: Antonion, Ant, Antlion, whatever. He has advanced gravity
systems and is an expert at subspace. He can be one of those stereotypical mad
scientists if the player wants.
Optic Sunflower: Fabulouth. A flower reploid that isn't a bioroid, but is
awesome anyway. You also get to go around brewing haterade with Layer and
Pallette, and mess around with hologram systems in training rooms and make the
environment look like whatever you want.
Keep in mind these are just suggestions. They have a lot of potential, however.

This was an old OC of mine that I never took IC but always felt had loads of
potential. And this guy was way before the Civilians were even a legitimate
area of the game to play, hence why he never did much. So it's a fairly clean
slate! And since I doubt anybody ever really transposes a profile straight off
this board into an app -- I'll just spit at you the quick concept. Forge was
an experimental Reploid created by Khan Enterprises to protect their
facilities across the world. He was essentially Khan's version of Iron Man, if
anyone is familiar. Which means a hero whose priority is protecting Khan
assets across the globe, and secondary mission is to be heroic in an effort to
give Khan beautiful PR. The thing that was cool about Forge were his
abilities, which basically amounted to projecting solid and shapable
'forcefields'. He could project forcefields into almost any conceivable shape
for any conceivable use -- a giant anvil to smash a Robot Master -- a laser
cannon to shoot a Maverick. You get the idea. I'm sure in the 4+ years since
this idea hit me someone else has probably done something similar.
But anyways! Someone take up an old, forgotten OC and implement him for a 21st
century M3. Keep him as the corporate bodyguard. Move him to a new company.
Whatever, really.
(this concept draws no inspiration from Green Lantern or any of it's
subsidiaries, I swear)

substances from inside out. Two major routes to this spring to mind: either

repel) until the substance breaks apart, or sonic based weapons that simply
reach resonance frequency with ease and cause structural failure. Either way
you run around slapping reploids and causing them to explodinate internally
with a touch and be an all around bad-aft.

The second was the Guts Man, the wise master of punching things who would gain
great glory as the Pope of the Church of Bass.
The third was the Ice Man, the Gods' repressed desire to attract chicks.

Mavericks shortly before the fall of MavBerlin, living as a citizen amongst
the population. When his home was taken away from him by the combined forces
of the Robot Masters, Hunters and others Barber Bobcat joined the military and
had a slight alteration to his body, giving him a more feline body. A capable
disguiser and perhaps one of the best wigmakers and hair cutters in the
Coalition, Barber Bobcat has often attempted to create The Perfect Wig, a

You know you want to be a member of Neo Arcadia. Why you ponder? WHY? I'll
tell you why!
Neo Arcadia is a military organization with over 300,000 members. It is a
highly anti-robot group that wishes to take over the world and purge it of the
machines. It is lead by a group of effiminate men that can benchpress a Mack
truck.
It has people like Ciel, who is the leading expert in biogenetics. It has
individuals like Hien, who is the evil clone of numerous Striders and loves to
choppy chop chop.
Neo Arcadia puts emphasis not just on the FCs but also the OCs. The OCs matter
/a lot/. The Terrain Armors only require Drive to use and there are 3 in all,
each one geared toward an environment(Land air and sea). There is a capability
for naval conflict, there is an ability to go into space and wage war on the
moon(If you have Zero-g).
Getting the urge to kill someone? Go out into one of the many cities and shoot
a robot! Not only will this cause someone to respond but it's extremely
plausible(Except if you go to America, which is currently being mean to NA
people who teleport in).
NA also has a whole gathering of unique and unusual FCs.
Apping NA also enters you into a raffle! Whoever wins the raffle gets a free
