Independance Day). Pretty much none of your admin are going to be here.
We apologize for this, but it is a holiday for us, and, well, other things.

THIS IS THE LAST CHANGE EVAR, REALLY!
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, this shall be the final time I am
revising these rules (at least for a long time :D). Since we've added such a
large number of FCs of late, and many folks have grown frustrated with our
current limits. The staff has opted to increase your options once more. The
new limits are:
1 - EFC/SFC/FC/OC
1 - SFC/FC/OC
1 - FC/OC
1 - OC
No two characters in the same faction (you can have multiple civilians, but
they must be in different subfactions, ie - one Interpol, one Yakuza, etc.).
A clarification post that cites examples shall be following and the news file
shall be fixed tonight or tommorrow. The ruling however, is effective
immediately. You still have to wait a month between apping characters however,
so no trying to pull a fast one on us! :D

You get the picture, right? You can have four characters total, you can have as

time.

The only exception to the one month rule is if an E/S/FC closes before your
month is up, at that point you are allowed to app for that character before
your month is up, but only if someone else caused the closing date to occur.
So, if yer afraid you'll be out of luck on that SFC you've always wished you
had room to play, guess again! :D
Also, we're going to be a lot more strict on times now, and OFCs count as FCs
still. Oh yes, and as a condition on this new generous policy, we'll probably
be reworking the shelving criteria, so be aware and warned that it may be
changing in the near future. (It may stay the same tho, but at current it is
under consideration for revision. :D)

Yes, you can apply for them. As a member of the UN Armed Forces, everyone
involved is eventually scheduled to get one of these sealed and contained
fighting units. AND, if you can spot what they're based off of, you get a
No-Prize!
Note: this is not a 'free' Power Armor. Despite the fact that we're going to
give you a template that UN Army OCs can drop into their app, it doesn't mean
that we're just giving them away. We still require a good application before
we'll consider handing out PAs. And only the officer models get wings. If you
app for one, you'll probably just have the standard one.

This is a template if you'd like to apply for a character in the UN
Armed Forces. This power armor can be fitted for any human or cyborg without
oversized cybernetic limbs or external gear.

Endurance: 6
Velocity: 4
Courage: Whatever your unarmored courage is.
(Variable Stats)
Strength: Add 2 to your existing Strength.
Dexterity & Agility: Add a point to both Dexterity and Agility if possible. If
the CST is above 42, remove points from Dexterity (then Agility, keep them
even if this happens), until you're at 42.
Final Note: If your total CST is below 42, then that's your total. This
is the extent the Mass-Production Power Armor can offer.

Wharf - Downtown - Outskirts
Resident - Historical
The business sector is tall, with lots of places to climb and buildings to run
across.
The industrial sector has stone quarries.
The wharf has a power plant.
The outskirts have snow-capped mountains.
The residential area is where Mike Eildath used to live (which is the single
most arcane clue, but an unavoidable one).
The bombed out quake district is in the historical area.
Downtown is a high-tech place.
Try and do the math from that. :D

A word about drones on this game.
Though occasionally a Met, or Metool, is known to go renegade, and the Hunters
have access to out of work industrial Mets (courtesy Guts Man's design, one
supposes), for the most part, the drones used by the Robot Masters and Wily
are EXCLUSIVELY used by the Robot Masters and Wily. That means you should not
base an OC in any other faction on these types of drones. For example: OCs who
fight with the help of Metools, Batontons (Bubble-bats), Joes, Yambo, Tama,
etc, are forbidden. Also, other factions such as the Mavericks and RF don't
use Joes, and people that are not Wily do not mass-produce Joes: they have
their OWN types of drones that are not this same design.
Within the realm of the RM OCs, these concepts are still heavily limited; it
doesn't make sense that Wily would give a 'new' OC the power to control a
hoarde of Mets. (Overall, I think Mets are overdone, and as much as you may
love them, you can feel free to roleplay them responsibly, but an OC concept
based around them isn't going to go through.)
