There comes a time in human events when staff must rotate, in order to re-fix
nitrogen to the soil and restore vital nutrients.
As a result, Gemma and I will be swapping our In-boxes. She will be planting
mustard greens in the Civilians, while I will flood the Robot Masters, plant
pond junk, and feed ducks.
There will be some overlap for a while, as we get accustomed to the respective
factions. Also, we will be continuing to run respective plot things; for
instance, I will still be the go-to fish-person-thing for Texas details and
the Space Elevator.

Now that I'm the civilian staffer, here's my list of what I'd like to see, and
what I'm likely to be more harsh on.
OVERDONE IN CIVS
Hackers in Interpol.
Ex-Criminals in Interpol.
Enforcement in Interpol.
Black Dragon Striders.
Techies, Interpol or Unafil-- Robot builders who work solo.
UNDERDONE IN CIVS
Investigators in Interpol. (Note: it is possible and more preferable to have a
pure investigator, than to try and slide an investigation subtype on to one of
the overdone types above-- investigator/hacker, investigator/enforcer, etc. We
can still find a way I'm sure to wrangle you something in the realm of 38-40,
if that is truly important to you. Consider being a reploid.)
Yakuza of most types, particularly enforcers or just plain good criminals.
Business people. "Commoners."
GNN.
I guess it's no shock: the non-combat types and the non-technical types are the
most underdone. ... Another thing I don't see enough of are people with
robotics who focus on repair only, or who specialize on vehicles. Everyone
lately who picks up robotics seems to be more intent on producing other OCs
than playing a support role, but it's skill gaps that cause RP, due to a need
to work with a team to accomplish something great.

Yakuza Transition Etc. Sun Aug 07 Leo

The Yakuza have lost their faction tag due to the functional collapse of the
faction ICly and their extremely low IC/A. (The Stardroid faction easily
defeated the Yakuza in IC/A this past week.)
The Yakuza are once again a Civilian sub-faction, and have been fully
reintegrated into the Civilian FC lists. No played characters are effected by
this, and Yakuza characters can still be applied for.
I reiterate: This is not an IC action. There are no IC effects of this; this is
a response to events which have already occurred which have made the
organization too small in terms of played characters to be a "faction". All
this amounts to is a book-keeping measure on the MUSH-side to help remove
clutter from our tracking apparatus.
There are new FC lists. "BountyHunters" will contain present and future bounty
hunter PCS, or individuals affiliated with bounty hunters. SPOOKY. "Criminal"
will contain all the criminal elements on the MUSH. "Civ" remains where
everything else goes.

If you are participating in a social scene, and would not like it to be
disrupted with combat or other unwanted elements, it is your responsibility to
address the people coming in immediately and tell them what your preferences
are. It is not appropriate to complain about it after the fact if you did not
take that initial step of confronting the people coming in.
It doesn't have to be hostile. A simple `hey, we're doing a social scene, we'd
rather not have combat here' is sufficient. I trust that most people on M3
would get the message and not push the issue.
Similarly, if you're coming into a scene in progress, and seek to disrupt it,
it is polite and courteous to ask the people present if it is OK if you come
in and start throwing pies or Mariachi at them.
More courtesy and respect on all sides is humbly requested by the management.

nuts, which gnawed at his overly developed sense of moderation.
One day, the accident and genetic mutation manifested in full. The mutant
became a creature built upon the mass of a hundred some odd giant cookies. As

He didn't join the X-Men, because they were watching their calorie intake. Neo

Radio interceptors are your unloved Internet friends. They live in a world of
constant danger of overhearing your dopey Goth poetry or, God forbid, a
Kalinka romance discussion. The average interceptor manages to get a crack
maybe once a month if they're lucky, and often get immediately undermined by
other interceptors who don't understand that they need to STFU.
Interception is an ability which is already controlled enough. You cannot "opt
out" of being intercepted. If you're using the radio code, it's as fair game
as if you were using the combat code. If the interceptor is ICly there, the
interceptor is probably going to hear the deep inner secrets you are sharing
with Sigma.
Your radio transmissions are inherently insecure and should be treated as such.
2ways are like being on a cordless phone at best. If you want `security', go
into the same room and talk face to face. (Then you guys can complain about
the Enhanced Senses people, who are hated even by Interceptors.)
If you decide to represent 2ways or other radio communication by pages or other
non-coded means to try to keep interceptors from being able to ICly hear them,
and I find out about it, you will be punished.

It has come to attention that Flame Hyenard has been acting in a way
completely unbecoming of a Repliforce officer. Although this is not news in
any sense of the word, it is worthy to raise concern when he and his
dopplegangers are scouting the paremeter in uniforms matching that of the
Daisy Scouts, their main area of operation being a mere twenty-seven miles
southeast from Detroit.
He has managed to solicit their boxes of cookies at outrageous prices
to many other officers within the Fortress V. This in itself is permissible.
What is not is that he has constantly interrupted our training drills,
assaults, and even delicate medical work by soliciting these cookies at any
given opportunity, his reasons for these transgressions ranging from
'IJUSTFEELLIKEIT' to
'IFISELLLIKEABILLION,IGETTHISAWESOMEAIRFRESHENER.ITSMELLSLIKEANDROIDSPIRIT.'
There are a number of other insipid answers in-between that I do not feel a

As such, I have confiscated the remaining three hundred boxes of
cookies stacked in his toy wagon. I will concede that they are tasty, and with

On the other hand, screw you all, these cookies are awesome.
