Origin: I don't remember where Kerie came from at all.. She was our last ferret. Spider, at some point after she moved in, began treating Kerie like a kitten, chasing her down and grooming her all the time. In her old age, Kerie went bald (we joked that it was because Spider licked all her fur off).
Her death is the first I remember, and I donated my blanket (which was the favorite of both of us) to her grave.
