Day 10  2001.12.05

The sun is very bright in Arizona, leading to an unfortunate reality of automatic photography - it's either under or over exposed.
Morning greets us in warm-land.  Aaaaaaaah.

My mother-in-law is holding my brand-new niece-in-law.

 Their house, surrounded by Martians.

Now for today's educational content.  Are you comfortable? Then we'll begin.  The Palo Verde tree is uniquely suited for living in the desert. While it is a tree, it has no water-wasting leaves. The bark is full of chlorophyll and takes their place. Cool, huh?

 A pic that'd make a great desktop:

When does the stagecoach come?
Back to the future: there's actually a minivan to the right. Oh well.
