Profile: The easygoing, smooth talking and mellow headed Case is a good foil
for the rather bossy GNN Manager, and so is PNN. Whereas their opposing news
network tends to rely on facts, their rival Network PNN tends to go on hearsay
and assumption. Such stories as Dr. Wily being in league with aliens and
Javelin Whitetail being married to Sigma are not beyond their scope of
reporting. Many people are their fans either because they dig the stories, or
the way they are reported. PNN tends not to rely on giving its own opinion,
but presenting the facts in a structured manner and letting the audience
decide for themselves. However obviously, given the oftentimes stupidity of
their tales its hard to maintain their proffesionalism. Case himself considers
PNN to be superior to GNN in every way, and himself to the manager of his
opposing network. If it ever would come to blows, however, Case would likely
have the advantage. A customised on-field reporter for GNN himself, he stands
at a good seven foot and appears to be a giant compared to Chest, a fact he
tries to work into his arguments against him as much as possible. Though Case
demands results from his employees this is more in the form of moral weight
and obligation to run stories rather than outburts of anger and violence.

Yuri Higashi - She's an OFC, she's a cool lethal assassin with a robot dog,
and hasn't been played in so long you're basically apping an FC character with

is currently MY secretary, and someone I'm fond of in a strictly plutonic and
workplace friendly way. She needs to be enhanced, genejacked, tattooed and
lethalized she's ready to be the evil ninja babe you always wanted in 15 east

The Loaths, Glyde Loath and Lex Loath are both big in America, these Mobsters
are freewheeling highrolling kingpins from the heartland. And they're open. I

Besides the fact that he's of rather great importance to me as the only person
I really and truly feel beholden to within the Yakuza, Glyde is a great
character, my favorite besides Tengu. He's brash, he's arrogant, he's
frighteningly competent, he's... painfully foppish... and throws hissy-fits.
Okay, so maybe it's that he's incredibly fun to watch, but still!
Please to be apping. I'd owe you one, because with Yakuza making noise
internally and my boss on the Business Trip That Never Ends, I find myself in
a perplexingly sticky spot. And I miss Glyde. :( :( :(

So. There are these three girls who run the Secret Lagrano Ruins in Command
Mission. It's been suggested to me both OOCly and ICly (well, not specifically
the item girls ICly) that I should build these. And with the advent of Gate's
classes, Gaudile has reason and ability to do so, instead of the "Reploid
Building for the Criminally Insane" book he used for Cinnamon. The first one
on the list is Saffron, who Gaudile has ICly mentioned beginning to construct.
Basically, there are a few ground rules that one should know before attempting
to app.
1. Saffron et al is/are not a combat model. I'm looking at 30-35 CST, although
there may be exceptions.
2. You will not get +aid.
This is important. Let me say this again.
2. You will not get +aid.
3. You will also not get an armor. Although, this would probably be easier to
get than +aid, but it'll be difficult for me to authorize one in an app.
Gaudile doesn't build weapons unless he has to.
4. Please, no strange body/mind types, like two reploids who think they're one.
Yes, I have a reason for mentioning this.
5. They will also be Unaff Civs.
6. Saffron, Cumin, and Jasmine all have a specific look, being characters from
CM. Barring the look, which is unbudgeable, the personality can basically be
whatever, although like what I said on Joyeuse's post, I'll need some sort of
warning/reasoning if Saffron hates the world/goes Maverick.
I believe and have been told that I have staff (Mesa) permission to do this. I
may have misread Mesa's intentions, so, uh, stop me if you see this and feel
differently, Staff. They are technically considered OCs, apparently, too.
So, yeah. @mail me if you want an Item Shop girl (Saffron appers come first,
though). If I get more than three appers (unlikely), I may make a fourth one
because I saw a nifty color scheme with Saffron et al and would like to
complete it.

Okay, so maybe I forgot to mention something or was unclear.
These girls are built to be extra lab hands or extra daughters ICly because
Cinnamon is not there for him. They don't have installed weapons. Basically,
OOCly speaking, these are shells from whence one can do stuff with, only with
a partial base in the CM game and because people have been pestering me to
build them. Want to run away from home like Cinnamon and join the Hunters?
Sure. Want to go Maverick? I have no problem with that, but please talk to me
about it beforehand.
Obviously, this stuff is staff approval stuff.
Let's try this again, major points from both posts.
1. You don't get Cinnamon's bells and whistles. This /is/ Staff regulated, but
ICly even if it wasn't, Gaudile wouldn't give them an FMG.
2. They already have a physical look, page or @mail me for details.
3. These are standard reploids, or no fancy minds or body types.
4. Otherwise, go nuts. The Unaff Civs thing was just to give people a herd
direction, I guess it's really not needed after all.

A little bit behind? Oh yeah. For those not aware, at the start of
October of last year, I took a dare - tired of everybody claiming that there
were no new ideas left, I swore to post up two new and original character
concepts a week for a year - 104 characters in all. I got a bit, well,
side-tracked with my break from M3, however, and I've thus fallen behind. I'll
be trying to catch up now. :D If you're curious, the characters from October
08, 2004 through January 10, 2005 (28 characters in total) are on an object

Profile: Created with the usage of a short-range teleportation system in mind,
Phase is an expert in the combat applications of the so-called 'blink' engine.
Her own system has been tweaked to allow for extreme long-range movement,
based off of studies of the Stardroid energy-movement systems. When
teleporting, Phase leaves behind a trail of energized particles in her wake,
which she has adapted to utilizing as a weapon. Phase is also an expert in
tactics centering around the use of teleporation systems for strategic uses,
and is a qualified technician for such systems. Much like her machines of
choice, she is rather high-energy in her personality, and a bit flighty,
tending to make large leaps of logic and changes of topic with no warning.

Notes: This character is still limited by normal teleportation rules - this is
not a Protoman rival, simply a Blink-user who is above average. All the usual
rules apply, don't forget that. Phase's combat tactics are heavy use of Impact
attacks - not by ramming into people, but by teleporting *through* them and
using the inherent energy of the system as a damaging effect.

Any 'Juggalo' character concepts will probably need to be humans or cyborgs.
Cyborgs probably will not have advanced electronic gear, but may very well
have brute force.
Juggalos do not have access to the E-human creation process or Power Armor.
Juggalo Striders would probably fall into the Black Dragon Striders.

Note: The start of a cult began with a man named Elder Mikhail Dostreyevski,
who believed that the human brain, and the human body, is the only thing
stopping a man from achieving nirvana. So, all of his followers did their best
to download their minds into Cyberspace, to meet God. Of course Mikhail would
be the first to try it, and succeded in a way. His body was shed, and his
brain linked directly to the internet while kept alive in a life-support unit.
Now a ghost in the machine, Mikhail began to set up his church for his other

Animal Johanson lives by his own rules, and lives by his own laws. Boss of the
West Coast Hell's Angels, 'The Animal' runs drugs and guns for the Japanese
Mafia, in exchange for their support in occasional power struggles within the
Angels. A vicious, dirty fighter, Animal fights with chains and guns, from the
back of his bike 'The Pitbull' - a special bike built for him by Mikage
International, with it's own AI, allowing him to focus on fighting while his
bike focuses on driving. The Animal is very protective of his bikers, and
hates to see them used for pawns - when the Yakuza does so, he lets them know
his anger.
